Colorado Police Beat Man Up for Taking a Photo

Mark Ashford was walking his dogs when he witnessed police pull over a driver for failing to stop at a stop sign. Ashford told the driver that he saw him stop and would be willing to testify on his behalf in court

Well the police officers overheard Ashford’s comment and were pissed off.

The cops demanded Ashford’s I.D. and wouldn’t let him leave. According to his attorney, Will Hart, “They had no reason to stop him or detain him, that’s a violation of his fourth amendment rights,” said Hart.

When Ashford tried to take a photograph of the officers to document the incident, both officers pulled his hand behind his back and attempted to arrest him. Ashford resisted, as any innocent man would, and then was slammed into a railing, punched repeatedly in the face and wrestled to the ground.

Ashford was charged with resisting arrest, but they were dropped because the police attorney agreed that Ashford’s fourth amendment rights were violated.

Finally, I suspect that this video may be pulled so please copy it and upload it to your account and blog about.

Spread this proof of jack boot mentality far and wide. Anything short of these thugs being fired, arrested, and convicted of assault are unacceptable.

I hope he sues them and his employers for millions.

Certain members of the Toronto Police force are scum. Right from the top they are scum. Sure there are some good ones, but from the way they behaved at the 2010 G20 in Toronto, they have proven to be nothing more than pond scum. Why do I make such a bold statement?

Ample evidence exists that proves that the Toronto Police infringed on human rights, made illegal arrests, threatened women with rape, tore a prosthetic leg off of a man, and allowed an unruly crowd of black-hooded criminals to burn police cars. It should be noted that at least one of these black-hooded thugs was an undercover cop.

Until all of the police that violated civil liberty are brought to justice, then Canadians need to take a stand. If the justice system will not stand up for freedom and humanity then we are within our rights to take the law into our own hands.

United Breaks Guitars – Don’t mess with Canadians

So a band out of Nova Scotia, Canada was on tour heading to Nebraska, with a connection out of Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. While waiting for their plane to unload, a passenger behind the musicians noticed the the United Airlines baggage handlers were throwing around guitars. One was not just any guitar but a Taylor Guitar belonging to Dave Carroll. This is one of the most expensive guitars money can buy. Well the United Airlines baggage handlers broke the guitar in to two pieces. Then Mr. Carroll complained to United and it fell on deaf ears. Because of that he vowed to write three songs about their callous disregard and uncaring attitude.

Well wouldn’t you know…it went. The first song was released on YouTube in July of 2009 and thus far has almost 8 million views. The second song was released in August of 2009 and the final was released just this week.

On March 31, 2008 Sons of Maxwell began our week-long-tour of Nebraska by flying United Airlines from Halifax to Omaha, by way of Chicago. On that first leg of the flight we were seated at the rear of the aircraft and upon landing and waiting to deplane in order to make our connection a woman sitting behind me, not aware that we were musicians cried out: “My god they’re throwing guitars out there.” Our bass player Mike looked out the window in time to see his bass being heaved without regard by the United baggage handlers. My $3500 710 Taylor had been thrown before his.

I immediately tried to communicate this to the flight attendant who cut me off saying: “Don’t talk to me. Talk to the lead agent outside.” I found the person she pointed to and that lady was an “acting” lead agent but refused to talk to me and disappeared into the crowd saying “I’m not the lead agent.” I spoke to a third employee at the gate and when I told her the baggage handlers were throwing expensive instruments outside she dismissed me saying “but hun, that’s why we make you sign the waiver.” I explained that I didn’t sign a waiver and that no waiver would excuse what was happening outside. She said to take it up with the ground crew in Omaha. (read rest of the story)

US Government: Why we let the Underwear Bomber on airplane

The US Government now admits that they allowed the Underwear Bomber to board the Christmas Flight from Amsterdam to Detroit. Their explanation is that they wanted to use the bomber to capture the rest of the cell he belonged too.

US Soldier Waterboards His 4-Year Old Daughter
