Climategate: Fallout Escalates – NASA to be sued

The Competitive Enterprise Institute (CEI) has filed three Notices of Intent to File Suit against NASA. A growing pattern in this cabal of scientists, is the common theme to dodge freedom of information requests (FOI).

In fact, in the posting from yesterday, the lead scientist from the Climate Research Unit (CRU) Professor Phil Jones writing to President Obama’s go to guy on Climate Change, Michael E. Mann, stating that he would rather delete the data than turn it over under a FOI request:

Just sent loads of station data to Scott. Make sure he documents everything better

send to anyone.

One can only assume that the reason NASA is being sued is because they thought the same way. In fact some of the Goddard Space Center staff are mentioned in the hacked emails tying them up into a nice neat little package.

Mainstream media (MSM) has been slow to react to this but what little bits they are reporting is trying to slant this story saying ‘Everything is OK’, that the science is still good. Can I say bullshit? BULLSHIT!

FoxNews are the only ones slamming this right now. Although I think that FoxNews is an oxymoron, they are telling it like it is in this case. The only reason they are is because they are pro-conservative and anti-liberal…so slamming Obama and his science advisers is self-serving.

In a way it is good that are they are ignoring it, hoping it will go away, because it gives alternate media a chance to offer the truth on this before MSM can spoon-feed us corpo-pablum nonsense.

NASA’s reports have been questioned here by both my reports and my predecessor.  This began last year, when a report on Sea Ice itself showed that melting has stopped and the ice expanded.  The scientists, baffled, tried to come up with an excuse.  These questionable tactics were highlighted to much scrutiny.  Then last winter, a report of faulty NASA sensors revealed that ice the size of California in the arctic had been shown as missing, but was there the whole time.  However the reports on Arctic ice never reflected the return of the missing section, making it look like less is present.

So where is this all going to lead? Why have these scumbags perpetrated a hoax on all of society? Is lynching still allowed? These F’ers need to be held accountable!
